Please complete the form to the best of your ability. We are trying to get an idea of overall Financial Wellness among FireFighters, Law Enforcement, and Communications/ 911 Dispatchers. Your survey will be anonymous and used as a

Total Household Income includes everyone living in the home before taxes
A budget would be a written down plan for spending for the entire month ahead.
Indicate how many total vehicles not including recreational vehicles, motorhomes, boats or motorcycles.
A total number of car payments that are due. Do not include Recreational Vehicles, Motorcycles, Boats, Campers, Etc.

Paying cash means utilizing a non retirement savings account and not utilizing credit cards, debt, or other forms of loans.
